Lately, IM like Yahoo Messenger, Skype or ICQ have became really used tools even in offices.

There are big companies that use it often because of the fact it increase the communication ratio between their staff. So, I have the question :

WHY do you use IM ? Is it for business purposes ? Is it for fun ?

Do you find Y!M, for example, useful ? Or do you find it a lose of time ?
